Reservations are greatly recommended.

• Equipment is considered reserved upon receipt of 25% deposit. VISA or Mastercard is preferred, however, a personal cheque, if received no less than 21 days prior to departure is acceptable.
• Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to departure date will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
• Cancellations made 8-30 days prior to departure date will receive a refund of the deposit amount less a $20 administration fee.
• Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to departure date are not subject to refund – Outside Expeditions Inc., will retain the full deposit amount to a maximum of $250.
