Outside Expeditions Inc. has been outfitting kayaking and biking expeditions across PEI since 1993. It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to our beautiful region and its friendly people. Outside Expeditions owners Ardelle Hynes and Tim Nicholls work with a complement of experienced, safety conscious guides in our two locations. Each guide has first aid training, follows the guidelines of TASK (Trade Association of Sea Kayaking), and brings many years' experience leading trips in Prince Edward Island.
We choose our areas of operation to reflect the quality of wildlife, beauty and cultural interest of the Island, and structure our trips to allow people of all abilities to explore the outdoors. Each year, we donate funds to the Island Nature Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of sensitive Island habitats. We take great pride in the natural beauty around us and strive to constantly lessen our impact on the environment. We invite you to join us on a self-propelled exploration of our beautiful Island this season, get some exercise and experience the natural world from a unique and exciting perspective.
Outside Expeditions also sells kites of all sorts, from two-handle stunters and trainers to parafoils, deltas, diamonds, and specialty kites designed as octopus, dolphins, sharks, planes, birds and fish. We also sell gift certificates, T-shirts, caps, and selected paddling accessories in our beautiful, airy shop. Come on in to check us out - we have one of the best offices around!
